How I Use the Trade Helper to Build My Model
Most tools hand you one rigid model and tell you to live with it. The Trade Helper does the opposite — you build the models. Blend strategies or keep them pure, run one portfolio or several, lean into the industries you believe in — then let it do the math to get you there. Here's how I run it.
Mix all six into one book if you want a combined model — say 50% Momentum Edge, 30% Blue Chip Fortress, 20% Value Discovery. Or don't blend at all: run simple Momentum on its own and Blue Chip on its own, each clean. Your call, not the tool's.
You're not limited to one. Spin up a separate portfolio per strategy so they never get muddied — or one per brokerage. Webull running Momentum, Robinhood running Blue Chip, a manual account for the rest. Each tracks and rebalances on its own.
Convicted on tech? Cooling on energy? Use the sector tilts — dial a sector up to overweight it or down to underweight it, neutral if you've got no view. The model re-sizes around your tilts so your edge gets expressed, without you hand-picking every name.
Connect your brokerage or enter your holdings by hand. It needs to know what you actually own to show you the gap to your target. Read-only — it never touches your money. You place every trade yourself.
When your model drops a name, sell it — those proceeds are the cash that funds your new buys. The Helper orders the list so you don't run dry halfway down it.
It hands you exact share counts — or dollar amounts on a fractional broker — for everything underweight. You execute; it tracks what's done. No spreadsheet, no guessing.
That's the part nobody else gives you: your blend or your pure plays, one portfolio or many, your industry skew — your models. The Helper just does the math so all you do is place the trades.
