Wall Street Analyst is financial software and education. It is not personalized investment advice, and we are not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer.

We build analytical tools — scoring, screening, signals, model portfolios — that help you make your own decisions. We don't manage money, we don't execute trades, and we don't have access to your brokerage accounts. Every decision, and every dollar, is yours. We're a tool for self-directed investors, not a service that trades for you.

Who built it

Wall Street Analyst was built by a published AI expert — the author of three books, including the Amazon best-seller How YOU Can Use ChatGPT — with three years spent building real, operational AI systems. The founder has traded this AI-directive approach with his own money for over a year, and it's the same approach this platform now runs automatically. We use what we build.

About the track record

We show our real results — winners and losers, timestamped and scored — and we're building that record in the open rather than showing you a polished, cherry-picked highlight reel. Two honest notes about it:

First, the platform's recorded track record begins from the date the platform started logging, not from the founder's personal trading history, which predates it. We keep those two things separate on purpose, and you should too.

Second, past performance does not guarantee future results. A signal that worked before can fail next time. Markets are unpredictable, scores can be wrong, data can be delayed or incorrect, and you can lose some or all of the money you invest.

What we do not promise

We make no earnings claims. We do not promise that you will make money, that any signal will be profitable, or that you'll achieve results similar to anyone else's. Anyone in this business who guarantees returns is lying to you — guaranteed returns don't exist. What we promise is honest analysis, a real track record, and a tool we use ourselves.
